Bristol Refugee Rights - Legal Advice
We can provide information for people seeking asylum, or with experience of the asylum system to help them understand the asylum system, what rights they have and what support they could get from a legal representative.
Please note we are not legal advisors so cannot give advice on the content of asylum claims or make representations to the Home Office. Where legal advice is needed we can help you understand what advice is out there and support you to access advice in some circumstances.

Weekly advice drop-in from 10am - 12.30pm on a Wednesday at the Wellspring Settlement. We see people on a first come first serve basis so please arrive close to 10am to make sure you are seen. Please note we do not see Bristol hotel residents at this drop-in.

Right to Remain - Young Asylum Guide
Young Asylum Guide to helps young people understand the asylum process. The guide explains the key stages of a young person’s asylum journey and includes information, activities and support options. This guide has been written for children and young people who are in the UK without a parent or carer, and who are trying to understand the asylum and immigration system. Some parts may also be useful for young people who are here with family, or for adults supporting young people through the process.
