They have interpreters. Migrant Help are contracted by the Home Office to assist with applications for:
Section 95 support (accommodation and /or financial support);
Section 4 (accommodation and financial support), and
Section 98 (same- day ‘Initial Accommodation’).
Can advise asylum seekers or those with experience of the asylum system on their accommodation options, including support for people to make applications for asylum support accommodation to the Home Office where they are eligible. To understand your rights and get advice:
- Come to our weekly advice drop-in from 10am - 12.30pm on a Wednesday at the Wellspring Settlement. We see people on a first come first serve basis so please arrive close to 10am to make sure you are seen. Please note we do not see Bristol hotel residents at this drop-in
- If you live in a Bristol hotel visit our outreach team at the weekly drop-in in your hotel.
