Event Description:

This October, we mark a powerful milestone: 10 years of Aid Box Community.

ABC marks 10 years of being a place where kindness prevails and celebrates creating a space in Bristol where people who’ve fled war and persecution can find not just essentials, but warmth, dignity, and a sense of belonging.

Since then, ABC has grown from a grassroots response into a lifeline for thousands. From our first convoy of 350 “Aid Boxes” to Dunkirk to our Free Shop in Bristol—where over 4,041 people received essentials in the last year—this journey has been filled with heartbreak, hope, and deep connection.

Now, as we mark our 10th anniversary, we’re stepping into a new chapter—and a new home—at St Bart’s Parish Hall, just off St Andrews Park. It feels like a full-circle moment. Ten years on, that visceral feeling that started it all is still with us. We continue to stand in solidarity with those who have been displaced—and we are endlessly grateful to everyone who has helped make this community what it is today.
