Raised a total of £30000 for Aid Box Community and Temwa!

20 couples went head to head in the ultimate charity dance off, to compete for the title of Bristol Come Dancing Champions of 2019.

Following six weeks of training and fundraising, the couples performed in front of a panel of judges and a live audience to win your votes.

At Aid Box Community - Hope and Help to Refugees and Temwa we have been blown away by all the contestants, supporters, and every single member of the huge team that made Bristol Come Dancing 2019 - LIVE EVENT happen. It truly shows that together we are stronger and when communities work together we can have a big impact.

Every single volunteer and steward who helped promote, set-up, design, run stalls, packdown and direct everybody, working tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everybody safe and put on the best possible evening.

Our production and promotions team: especially John Grinham, Dave Shephard, Netty Miles, Alice Walters and Becky Boucherat as well as Imogen Mcintosh, Naomi Garvin Morse, Sarah Rice, Olivia Faye Perry and Emily Thorowgood. OF COURSE - ALL of our dancing contestants for exceptional dedication, fundraising and a high standard of technique and entertainment in the competition. And the exceptional dance instructors David Zilkha, and Mithi from Swing Dance Bristol and Pilo Selguera Peso and Ilaria from PILOXERCISE Ltd.. for investing six weeks of support and training into the dancers.
